While clicking around treehugger.com, I stumbled upon this great interactive graphic from General Electric. It lists the most popular household electronics and their wattage. According to GE, 20% of energy consumption in the U.S. comes from the household. It makes you think about our carbon footprint. I think all those energy-saving-treehugging hippies are on to something. On a side note, I may be one of them. Click on the title to check it out for yourself.

Hello Cruel World,

Welcome to the beginning of an experiment within myself. There isn't much of an intention for this blog, except to document my findings on the net and everyday life. Although not much of a socialite, I find much joy in sharing my experiences and discoveries with ones I care for. Thus, the product of my social retardation: a blog. I am aware that most humans prefer succinct text and a plethora of images, so I will cater to the wandering eye and try not to ramble.
